Absolutely brilliant service. Our central heating stopped working on a Sunday evening and after sending texts to many plumbers to try and get someone out ASAP (we have a newborn) James replied first thing Monday morning and was able to pop by to take a look by 8:30am. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue within the hour and we had heating back! Wonderful man! Will definitely use his services again.

I reached out to James when I discovered a leaking home boiler on a Sunday afternoon. He responded straight away, making sure I was at no risk and then attended the property. On assessing my boiler, he quickly identified 3 serious faults that had been missed by another contractor in a previous servicing inspection.
